Ek is…

The Green Fairy.

Absinthe Drinker by Viktor Oliva (1861-1928) Nobody can say for certain where she came from. Many an artist and writer in Paris looked her up for inspiration. She was constantly seen with Charles Baudelaire, Paul Verlaine, Arthur Rimbaud, Vincent van Gogh, Oscar Wilde, and Aleister Crowley. They were devotees to the Green Fairy, also known by some as the Green Muse.

Malva Poeding Resep.

Dit is darem so Suid Afrikaans soos David Kramer so rooi velskoene.

Restaurant Tour d' Argent - Paris A classical dish created at the beginning of the 19th century by a restaurateur called Mechenet. The popularity and success of this dish was owed to the Duke of Chartres who commended it in Paris. Today the most famous place in Paris to eat Pressed Duck is the restaurant La Tour d’ Argent. When the famous chef Frederic took the restaurant over he decided to number each pressed duck served. Over the years many famous people ate at the restaurant and many photos of statesmen and actors are displayed on the walls.

There will always be an End.

desert_1 Eons ago, before the dawn of man, when the universe was an empty and lonely place, a set of twins was spawned out of Hatred and Rebellion. Their names Desolation and Desperation. When they came of age, they were crowned and given a kingdom to rule together. Rule from their thrones above, out of reach of mankind’s intellectual grasp, science or any rational explanation. Floating on a cloud of sulphur, their eyes look upon their subjects with anticipation. Only one rule they have to obey. No Hope! Their sceptre, an hour glass.

Home

To Home we always turn,

For it we always yearn.

No matter how we fare,

Warm welcome waits us there.
